For Whisky lovers and Meat & Cheese adventurers - this guy packs a right punch. I've pumped a load of oak smoke through the sugar before making the fudge and it sucks all that good stuff up and delivers a real treat. Oaky, smokey, peat and fire. Little bursts of Molson Sea Salt. This little fella is such a treat for the sophisticated peoples. "A little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men." Great as a little sweet savoury treat or an absolute banger cut up small and offered on Charcuterie or Cheese boards. Impressively delicious - go on my people, get stuck in!
