A total classic but with a lil' Get Fudged twist. I've never been a fan of the Rum & Raisin's that kick you in the teeth in with booze - so I've tried to refine the old favourite and give it a little class. I soak the raisins in the rum for as long as possible - usually around a year. I find it takes that harshness away and brings out more caramel tones. Creamy fudge, jammy fruit and then a little warmth from that Pirate's nectar. A Christmas Classic and year-round winner.
