Lavender, Lemon & Treacle

This was actually the first Flavour-Changer I designed. I wanted a floral note, deep Lavender - provided by those blitzed-up purple-blue edible flowers. Then a citrus to cut through - some zested, dehydrated lemons, sliding in with some real rizz. Then finally, just as you're getting used to that parma-violet start, we get a step-ball-change into some Black Treacle - giving you this gingery-liquorice finish. A total statement experience - I love this old fruit. As do our dear friends over at The Great Taste Awards who gave it a juicy two stars! Close your eyes and let the good flavours roll...
