A personal Fav, this one. I zest oranges, remove the pith, then dehydrate and incorporate the rest - giving these bursts of zingy orange throughout. I then throw in a bunch of dried rose petals and smashed up Cardamom pearls. This all sits delightfully in amongst the cocoa of the Dark Chocolate. The final result is this rather well rounded fruity, choccy delight. Imagine a posh Mr Terry's chocolate orange took a spin around Persia and India....
